Tom Gauld & De-Construct

Two events coming up in the next few weeks.

The first is an exhibition at Analogue Books of new work by Tom Gauld and Simone Lia who collectively publish as Cabanon Press. I love Tom’s work and want it all. His ‘Hero faces 26 alphabetised monsters’ and ‘three very small comics’ are simply brilliant. (I am less of a fan of Simone but am prepared to be convinced.)

The second is in Glasgow, and is part of the Long Lunch series, and features de-construct who are, it has to be said, pretty awesome. As well as the frost design and zembla sites they also produced emery and some other very innovative interface stuff. I’ll be trying hard to get there.

Tickets £6 (£4NUS)
