		<description>An interesting redesign. The categorisation in particular is nicely done ('the creative spark', 'what makes us happy' etc) surfacing some of the older talks through thematic groups. Reminds me of the QI bookshop in Oxford which arranges the shelves "according to a broad theme that encourages browsing and serendipity". Worth a visit if you're ever in Oxford.</description>
