We'll be upgrading as and when we have the time to check the theme, and I can't tell you when this will be. However, looking at the 2.5 migration checklist (http://codex.wordpress.org/Migrating_Plugins_and_Themes#Migrating_from_2.3_to_2.5) I can't see anything that will cause the theme problems.
