		<description>As a customer, one amazing thing was the large amount of Penguin classics at affordable prices as well as the large amount of used bookstores, esp. in places like Bangalore. 

One of the things that put me off some of their major chains was the lack of care with stock and confusing store setups. It was obvious that even in the smaller branches there was no reshelving or care being taken to put titles in their proper order and that quite a few spines were bent or books damaged.</description>
