• Get Satisfaction, Or Else… – (37signals) – “…if you prefer to provide great support on your own site with your own forums and your own help section and your own feedback mechanisms and your own FAQs, well, Get Satisfaction doesn?t play fair.” Interesting debate. Get Satisfaction is a good service for a lot of smaller companies. not sure how fair this write up is, but there are some valid points.
